This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Żywiczka, from the Bronisław Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 16th, 1816, I, Rev. Paweł Kozerski, of the Bronisław Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. She was born on October 11th, 1816, at 7 p.m. Her parents were Tomasz and Katarzyna Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Sebastian Kacprzak, from Kaczewo, and Katarzyna Rudkowska, from Nowa Wieś – Murzynno Parish.
