Death of Łukasz Żywica (1869)

This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Łukasz Żywica, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kuczkowo, No. 17, 1869

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 21st of December, 1869, at 4 a.m.? Appearing are witnesses: Ignacy Kazimierczak, aged 34,  and Paweł Błaszak, aged 52, both are farmers residing in Kuczkowo, and stated that on the 20th of December, 1869, at 4 p.m.?, in the village of Kuczkowo, Łukasz Żywica, aged 68?, died. He was a widower and a laborer residing in Kuczkowo. He was born in the village of Chlewiska and his parents were Wojciech and Zofia Żywica. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Łukasz Żywica, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
