Marriage of Paweł Pawlak and Marianna Żywiczka (1832)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Paweł Pawlak and Marianna Żywiczka, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kuczkowo, No 3, 1832

This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 16th of March, 1832, at 9 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Franciszek Musiał, aged 39, a farm owner, and Paweł Kozicki, aged 42, a farm owner, both reside in Kuczkowo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Paweł Pawlak, aged 20, a farm owner residing in Kuczkowo, the son of Michał and Franciszka Pawlak nee Król, born in the village of Kuczkowo,

and Marianna Żywiczka, aged 16, residing in Kuczkowo, the daughter of the deceased couple Wojciech and Zofia Żywiczka nee Biegała, born in the village of Kuczkowo.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Sędzin Parish church, on the 2nd, 9th, and 16th of March, 1832. Oral consent was given by the families who were present for the wedding and no impediments arose. No prenuptial agreement was made by the newlyweds. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
