Baptism of Mateusz Żywiczka (1818)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Mateusz Żywiczka, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kuczkowo, 1818, No. 22

On the 23rd of September, 1818, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Sędzin, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Sędzin, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Żywiczka appeared, aged 42, a farm owner residing in Kuczkowo, residing in house # 11, and presented Us a male child, born on the 20th of September, 1818, to his lawful wife Zofia Biegała, aged 32. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Maciej Mateusz. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Jacek Kania, aged 30, and Tomasz Wochna, both farm owners residing in Kuczkowo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
