Death of Wojciech Żywiczka (1831)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Wojciech Żywiczka, from the Sędzin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kuczkowo, No. 37, 1831
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 26th, of August, 1831, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Benedykt Kania, aged 33, and Sylwester Sobieraj, aged 38, peasant villagers residing in Kuczkowo, and stated that on the 23rd of August, 1831, at 7 a.m., Wojciech Żywiczka, aged 60, a farm owner, died. He resided in Kuczkowo and leaves behind his wife Zofia Żywiczka. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Żywiczka, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
