Marriage of Joachim Żywiczka and Katarzyna Ogonek (1811)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Joachim Żywiczka and Katarzyna Ogonek, from the Kłobia Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Kłobia, No. 2, 1811
This happened on June 20th, 1811. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Kłobia, Brześć County, Bydgoszcz Department:
Joachim Żywiczka, aged 30, single, born in the village of Paproś – Gmina Bronisław – Radziejów County, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Bronisław Parish. He is the son of the deceased couple Wojciech and Agnieszka Żywiczka. He is a shepherd residing in Kłobia.
Katarzyna Ogonek, aged 33, a widow, born in the village of Chełmce – Gmina Chełmce – Radziejów County, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Chełmce Parish. She is the daughter of the deceased couple Józef and Jadwiga.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is: first on the 5th of May, and the second on the 12th of May, 1811, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Joachim Żywiczka, single, and Katarzyna Ogonek, a widow, are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Fabian Adamczak, aged 30, a local farm owner, Jan Podolski, aged 60, the village mayor and farm owner, Marcin Patyk, aged 36, a local resident, Tomasz Ogonek, aged 37, a local farm owner, and Franciszek Sobociński, aged 42, a local innkeeper. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
