This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Żywiczka, from the Bronisław Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On April 23rd, 1775, I, Rev., of the Bronisław Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. His parents were Wojciech and Agnieszka Żywiczka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Sołtysiak, from Wola, and Marianna Patyk, from Papros.
