Death of Agnieszka Nadzieja (1844)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Agnieszka Nadzieja nee Żywiczka, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka, No. 13, 1844
This occurred in the village of Broniewo, on the 30th of September, 1844, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Józef Sąźeński, aged 32, the village mayor, and Mateusz Wiśniewski, aged 40, a farm owner, both residing in Szóstka, and stated that in the village of Szóstka, on the 28th of September, 1844, at 12 p.m., Agnieszka Nadzieja, aged 70, a laborer residing in Szóstka, died. Her parents names are unknown. She leaves behind her husband Bartłomiej and children: Dorota, Mateusz, Marianna, and Urszula. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Agnieszka Nadzieja, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
