This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Zofia Gorzycka, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On May 11th, 1789, I, Rev. Paweł Pruski, baptized the infant named Zofia. She was born on May 6th, 1789, to her parents Benedykt and Marianna Gorzycki, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Sebastian Panka, from Płowki, and Barbara Tomczak, from Wola.
