I just found a used copy of Polish Localities in the Russian Partition & Their Parish Affiliations: Bialystok, Drohiczyn, Lomza, Plock Dioceses by Jonathan D. Shea and William F. Hoffman. I have been looking for this book for awhile. Most copies are located at libraries as reference items and thus not available for inter-library loan. I am looking forward to receiving this copy.
