Baptism of Franciszka Pluskota (1871)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Franciszka Pluskota, from the Kobielice parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Michałowo No. 12, 1871

This occurred in the village of Kobielice on the 1st/13th of December, 1871, at 6 p.m. Katarzyna Sonchocka?, midwife, aged 25, in the presence of Mateusz Głowaczyk, aged 34, and Franciszek Modrzak, aged 30, both from the Michałowo Folwark, presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Michałowo, this day, to the widowed Rozalia Pluskota nee Wesołowska, aged 25. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Franciszka. The Godparents were: Mateusz Głowaczyk and Anna Wesołowska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
