This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Antonina Jankowska, from the Radziejów parish.

Biskupice, No. 86, 1831

This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 17th of August, 1831, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Antoni Jankowski, aged 30, and Walenty Pilachowski, aged 33, both are farm owners residing in Biskupice, stating that on the 16th of August, 1831, at 7 p.m., Antonina Jankowska nee Pilachowska, aged 28, died. She leaves behind her husband Antoni Jankowski, who resides in Biskupice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Jankowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
