Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Pilachowski and Rozalia Szalak, from the Radziejów parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Biskupice No. 17, 1829,
This happened in the town of Radziejów, on the 14th of November, 1829, at 12 p.m. We declare in the presence of: Józef Małkowski, aged 40, a farm owner, and Roch Jankowski, aged 40, a farm owner, both residing in Biskupice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wojciech Pilachowski, aged 26, single, Catholic, a farmhand residing in Biskupice, the son of the late Jan and his widow Marianna Pilachowski nee Karczmarek, born in the village of Biskupice,
and Rozalia Szalak, aged 20, single, Catholic, a manor laborer residing in Biskupice, the daughter of the deceased Izydor and his widow Helena Szalak nee Kacprowicz – who resides in Bieganowo, born in the village of Bieganowo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Radziejów parish church, on the 25th of October, and the 1st and 8th of November, 1829. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
Rev. Brozdziński, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish and Civil Registrar.
Best Regards,
