Marriage of Jakób Kubiak and Marianna Pilachowska (1827)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Jakób Kubiak and Marianna Pilachowska, from the Radziejów parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice No. 14, 1827,

This happened in the town of Radziejów, on the 18th of November, 1827, at 12 p.m. We declare in the presence of: Kazimierz Małkowski, aged 60, a farm owner, and Roch Malinowski, aged 50, a farm owner, both reside in Biskupice, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Jakób Kubiak, aged 21, single, a farmhand residing in Biskupice, the son of the deceased Józef and his widow Agnieszka Kubiak nee Chadyma – shepherds residing in Kwilno, born in the village of Bieganowo,

and Marianna Pilachowska, aged 20, single, residing with her parents in Biskupice, the daughter of Jan and Marianna Pilachowski – farm owners residing in Biskupice, born in the village of Biskupice.

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Radziejów parish church, on the 4th, 11th, and 18th of November, 1827. No impediment occurred and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. Blessings were given by the newlyweds mothers. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
