This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Jakób Kochanowski, from the Raciążek Parish.

Wola, No. 13, 1884

This occurred in the town of Raciążek, on the 5th/17th of February, 1884, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Stanisław Borkowski, aged 40, a farmer, and Michał Ruciński, aged 30, a laborer, both residing in Wola, and stated that in the village of Wola, on the 5th/17th of February, 1884, at 10 a.m., Jakób Kochanowski, aged 60, died. He was a farmer residing in Wola. He leaves behind his widow Agnieszka nee Borkowska. He was born in the village of Zakrzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jakób Kochanowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
