This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Agnieszka Pankowska, from the Straszewo Parish.
Straszewo, No. 13, 1885
This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 24th of March, 1885, at 5 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Józef Chlewicki, aged 30, and Stanisław Szymczak, aged 42, both are farm owners residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that on the 22nd of March, 1885, at 7 a.m., Agnieszka Pankowska, aged 80, died. She was single and resided in Zakrzewo. She was the daughter of the deceased couple Wojciech and Franciszka Pankowski nee Wojdyła. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Agnieszka Pankowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
