Death of Jakob Wawrzyniak (1865)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jakób Wawrzyniak, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 12, 1865

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 11th of July, 1865, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Wawrzyniak, aged 40, and Wojciech Michalski, aged 41, both are laborers residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 10th of July, 1865, at 5 a.m., Jakób Wawrzyniak, aged 3 days, Catholic, died. He was the son of Jan and Łucja Wawrzyniak nee Kochanowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jakób Wawrzyniak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
