This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Ignacy Wawrzyniak, from the Straszewo Parish.
Zakrzewo, No. 5, 1861
This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 23rd of February, 1861, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Wawrzyniak, aged 37, a night watchman, and Wojciech Michalski, aged 36, a farm owner, both residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 21st of February, 1861, at 6 p.m., Ignacy Wawrzyniak, aged 1 month, died. He was born in Zakrzewo and was the son of Jan and Łucja Wawrzyniak nee Kochanowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Ignacy Wawrzyniak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
