Death of Wojciech Wawrzyniak (1855)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Wojciech Wawrzyniak, from the Straszewo Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 32, 1855

This occurred in the village of Straszewo, on the 26th of November, 1855, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Wawrzyniak and Jan Kazimierczak, both aged over 40, and stated that in the village of Zakrzewo, on the 20th of November, 1855, at 12 a.m., Wojciech Wawrzyniak, aged 1, died. He was the son of Jan and Łucja Wawrzyniak nee Kochanowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Wawrzyniak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
