This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Marianna Mikołajczak nee Krzymianowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Piotrków, No. 68, 1881
This occurred in the town of Piotrków, on the 28th of November/10th of December, 1881, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Mikołaj Owsianowski, aged 57, and Andrzej Buratyński, aged 60, both are laborers residing in Piotrków, and stated that on the 25th of November/7th of December, 1881, at 11 p.m., Marianna Mikołajczak, aged 44, died. She was a laborer. Her parents and birth location are unknown. She leaves behind her husband Wawrzyniec Mikołajczak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Mikołajczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
