Death of Franciszka Kacprzak (1840)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Franciszka Kacprzak, from the Budzisław Kościelny Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zberzyn, No. 10, 1840

This occurred in the village of Budzisław Kościelny, on the 10th/22nd of December, 1840, at 1 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Wojciech Filmut, aged 50, a tenant farmer, and Franciszek Czerwiński, aged 28, a tenant farmer, both residing in the village of Zberzyn, and stated that in the village of Zberzyn, on the 7th/19th of December, 1840, at 3 a.m., Franciszka Kasprzak, aged 60, Catholic, died. She was a widow and a laborer residing in Zberzyn, house #8. Her parents and birth location are unknown. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszka Kasprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
