This is my translation of the German language civil death record of Zofia Śniegocka nee Grzybowska, from the Koltin Civil Registers. Any errors are completely my own.

Walenty Geppert, a resident of the village of Twardów, has reported the death of Zofia Śniegocka, Catholic, aged 63. She resided in the village of Twardów and was the wife of Wawrzyniec Śniegocki. She was born in the village of Witaszyce. She died in the village of Twardów, on the 21st of October, 1883, at 7 p.m.
