Baptism of Jadwiga Pluskota (1823)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Jadwiga Pluskota, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wąsewo, No. 85, 1823

On the 12th of October, 1823, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Pluskota appeared, aged 27, a farmhand residing in Wąsewo, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #6, on the 9th of October, 1823, at 12 a.m., to his lawful wife Małgorzata nee Stróczyk, aged 23. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Jadwiga. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Jakób Klemczak, aged 22, a farmhand, and Franciszek Stróczyk, aged 30, the uncle of the child, both residing in the village of Wąsewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
