Baptism of Marcianna Grzelak (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Marcianna Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice, 1825, No. 27,

On the 25th of March, 1825, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Mazowiekie Province, Jakób Grzelak appeared, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Opatowice, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home – house #11, on the 22nd of March, 1825, at 8 a.m., to his lawful wife Magdalena nee Cieślak, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Marcianna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Jan Sowiński, aged 58, a farm owner; and Jan Nowakowski, aged 26, a farm hand, both were residing in Opatowice. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
