Baptism of Urszula Nadzieja (1816)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Urszula Nadzieja, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1816,

On the 17th of October, 1816, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Płock Department, Bartłomiej Nadziczak appeared, aged 20, residing in Szóstka – Gmina Broniewo, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home, on the 16th of October, 1816, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka Nadziczak, aged 26. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Urszula. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Piotr Nadziczak, aged 51, and Franciszek Marek, aged 49, both were from Szóstka. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
