Baptism of Andrzej Pilachowski (1811)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Andrzej Pilachowski, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1811, No. 41,

On the 25th of November, 1811, at 3 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Jan Pisiak appeared, aged 47, a villager residing in Biskupice, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 21st of November, 1811, at 10 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Kasprowicz, aged 40. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Andrzej. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Kazimierz Sławiński, aged 30, a miller residing in Radziejów; and Józef Białecki, aged 25, also from Radziejów. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone. Józef Białecki can also write and has signed the document.
