This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Pilachowski, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On April 9th, 1803, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. His parents were Jan and Marianna Pilachowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakób Celiński and Marianna Pańka.
