This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Piotr Gorzycki, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On July 12th, 1803, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Piotr. His parents were Benedykt and Marianna Gorzycki, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Ignacy Filipiak, from Ułomie, and Marianna Kmieć, from Płowki.
