This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antonina Pilachowska, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1801, No. 35,

On May 19th, 1801, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Antonina. Her parents were Jan and Marianna Pisiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Ignacy Pańka, from Radziejów, and Jadwiga Wojtczak, from Kaczewo.
