This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Walenty Pilachowski, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1799, No. 6,

On January 31st, 1799, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Walenty. His parents were Jan and Marianna Pilachowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Piotr Lewandowski, from Bieganowo, and Rozalia Podlewska, from Płowki.
