This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Pilachowski, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Biskupice, 1798, No. 21,

On February 26th, 1798, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. His parents were Jan and Marianna Pisiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Bęklewicz and Zofia Kozłowska.
