This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Tomasz Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish.
Szóstka No. 2, 1856
This occurred in the village of Broniewo, on the 8th of February, 1856, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses
Mateusz Kłos, aged 27, and Mateusz Wiśniewski, aged 50, both farmers residing in Szóstka, and stated that on the 6th of February, 1856, at 1 a.m., Tomasz Pluskota, aged 2, died in Szóstka. He was the son of Szczepan, a laborer, and his wife Urszula Pluskota. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Tomasz Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
