This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Kunegunda Grzelak, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice, 1782, No. 14,

On April 29th, 1782, I, Rev. Romuald Dębicki, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Kunegunda. Her parents were Andrzej and Marianna Grzelak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Franciszek Nowakowski, from Opatowice, and Salomea Walter, from Radziejów.
