This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Karpik, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On February 24th, 1801, I, Rev. Tadeusz Czajkowski, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. His parents were Maciej and Krystyna Karp, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Dziwakowski, a miller, and Marianna Gliszczyńska.
