This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Karpik, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On April 9th, 1792, I, Rev. Ignacy Ciechowski, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. His parents were Marcin and Franciszka Karp, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mateusz Paszecki and Konstancja Kobus.
