This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Kasper Karpik, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 16th, 1770, I, Rev. Szymon Kowalkowski, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Kasper. His parents were Andrzej and Łucja Karp, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Balcerek and Marianna.
