This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Chełminiak, from the Służewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On June 23rd, 1768, I, Rev. Stanisław Czechłański, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. Her parents were Bartłomiej and Jadwiga Chełminiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Sebastian Rajnowki and Anna Żółtowska.
