This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On May 30, 1790, I, Rev. Onufry Łykowski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. His parents were Łukasz and Krystyna Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Sebastian Cieślak and Teresa Baranowska, both from Nowa Wieś.
