This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antoni Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Nowa Wieś, 1787, No. 19,

On June 3rd, 1787, I, Rev. Andrzej Jaroszewski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Antoni. The parents were Łukasz and Krystyna Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Ratkiewicz and Katarzyna Jabłońska, both from Nowa Wieś.
