This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Barbara Pietrasiak, from the Połajewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On December 4th, 1783, I, Rev. Andrzej Jaroszewski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Barbara. Her parents were Łukasz and Krystyna Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Pietrasiak, the brother of Łukasz, from Połajewo, and Agnieszka Majek, from Połajewo.
