On April 2nd, 1782, I, Rev. Andrzej Jaroszewski, Pastor of the Połajewo Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. His parents were Wojciech and Małgorzata Pietrasiak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakób, a blacksmith, and Marianna, single, both were from Połajewo.
