This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Julianna Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish.
Szóstka No. 2, 1846
This occurred in the village of Broniewo, on the 12th of August, 1846, at 7 a.m. Appearing are witnesses
Józef Kłos, aged 40, and Szczepan Pluskota, aged 33, both farmers residing in Szóstka, and stated that on the 11th of August, 1846, at 3 a.m., Julianna Pluskota, aged 2 months, died in Szóstka. She was the daughter of Szczepan, a farmer, and his wife Urszula Pluskota. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Julianna Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
