This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Gorzycka, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On September 29th, 1808, I, Rev. Karol Witkowski, Pastor of the Bytoń Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. She was born on September 18th, 1808, to her parents Michał and Zofia Gorzycki, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Hipolit Marian, single, and Katarzyna Gorzycka, single, both from Morzyce.
