This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antoni Pluskota, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Bytoń, 1805, No. 39

On June 9th, 1805, I, Rev. Karol Witkowski, Pastor of the Bytoń Parish, baptized the infant named Antoni. He was born on June 6th, 1805, to his parents Wawrzyniec and Marianna (should be Krystyna) Pluskota, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Kapeła and Jadwiga Pluskota, both from Bytoń.
