Baptism of Julianna Pluskota (1825)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Julianna Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Broniewo, 1825, No. 5,
On the 16th of February, 1825, at 9 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Wojciech Pluskota appeared, aged 38, an innkeeper residing in Broniewo, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home – house #3, on the 15th of February, 1825, at 6 a.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka nee Ciemna, aged 22. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name Julianna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Józef Skonieczny, aged 44, a farm owner; and Grzegorz Banachowski, a tenant farmer; both residing in Broniewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
