Baptism of Szczepan Pluskota (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Szczepan Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Broniewo, 1822, No. 33,
On the 18th of December, 1822, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Wojciech Pluskota appeared, aged 27, a farmhand residing in Broniewo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home – house #3, on the 18th of December, 1822, at 3 a.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka nee Ciemna, aged 22. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name Szczepan Jan. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Franciszek Pauczyński, aged 54, the Broniewo village mayor; and Józef Skonieczny, aged 45, an assessor; both residing in Broniewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
