Marriage of Wojciech Pluskota and Agnieszka Ciemna (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Pluskota and Agnieszka Ciemna, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Broniewo, 1822, No. 3,
This happened on October 5th, 1822. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department:
Wojciech Pluskota, aged 27, a farmhand residing in the village of Broniewo, the son of deceased couple Maciej and Teresa Pluskota nee Ciech – who resided in Stodoły, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Stodoły Parish.
Agnieszka Ciemna, aged 22, single, residing with her parents in Broniewo, the daughter of Piotr and Marianna Ciemny nee Skonieczna – farm owners residing in Broniewo, born in the village of Broniewo, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Broniewo Parish.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is: first on the 15th of September, and the second on the 22nd of September, 1822, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Wojciech and Agnieszka are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Walenty Pacholczak, aged 45, a farm owner; Franciszek Pauczyński, aged 53, village Mayor of Broniewo; Józef Skonieczny, aged 40, an assessor; and Bartłomiej Piekarski, aged 62, a wheelwright; all residing in the village of Broniewo. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
