Baptism of Stanislaw Pilachowski (1808)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Stanisław Pilachowski, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1808

On the 8th of May, 1808, before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Stanisław Pilachowski appeared, the father of infant, residing in the village of Płowki, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 8th of May, 1808, to his lawful wife Apolonia Pilachowska. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stanisław. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witness: Izydor Stanny, a farm owner residing in Płowki. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witness, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
