Death of Stanislaw Pilachowski (1809)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Stanisław Pilachowski, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1809

On the 5th of February, 1809, at 4 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Izydor Stanny appeared, aged 44, standing in for the deceased child’s father; along with Mateusz Stanny, a farm owner residing in Płowki; and stated that on the 4th of January, 1809, at 1 p.m., Stanisław Pilachowski, aged 1, died in his family home. He was the son of Stanisław and Apolonia Pilachowski nee Stanna, farm owners residing in the village of Płowki. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
