Baptism of Jadwiga Gorzycka (1808)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Jadwiga Gorzycka, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1808

On the 11th of September, 1808, at 11 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Augustyn Gorzycki appeared, aged 38, a peasant farmer residing in the village of Płowki, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home, on the 9th of September, 1808, at 6 a.m., to his lawful wife Urzsula nee Tomczak, aged 21, a villager from Wola Wapowska. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Jadwiga Teresa. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Sebastain Pańka, aged 56, the Płowki village Mayor; and Kasper Gorzycki, aged 44, a peasant farmer residing in Płowki. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
